Conversion Tracking

  • How do I go about setting up conversion tracking for the messenger app? Ideally, I want to know which conversations that were started via the Messenger Customer Chat. I’d also like to be able to attribute these conversations to the Channel.

  • I have the same question. If someone comes to the website via a paid search ad, we need to be able to measure that as a conversion and attribute it to the proper channel. I’m not seeing any events being created in Google Analytics. Can someone answer this question please?
