Conversion Tracking Conflict

Hi there, been trying your plugin on two sites buy in Google analytics i have data from one of the website showing in the other GA account. When i set up the conversion tracking through Google adwords it gave one number to insert in to your plugin should the numbers both be different. I am using two different GA UA- account tracking numbers in both websites so i am presuming its your plug-in causing the conflict
What do i do?
