Conversions API is only firing around 50% of the time causing duplications. I’ve checked the settings and placed a test purchase checking the meta pixel extension. Everything seems correct.

What am I missing? Any advice would be appreciated.

Had the same problem. I found a solution of sorts today. After installing the Pixel Helper Google Chrome plugin, I noticed that my Pixel was active and tracking correctly on the main page, landing page, and product page, but not on the shopping cart page. In my case, the plugin I was using for the shopping cart/checkout process (Funnel Kit) was not properly configured for the Meta Pixel. I still can’t finish the dialog mentioned in my initial description but at least basic tracking seems to work now.
    Hope this helps!

    Hi @campervancamper ,

As @arc0s mentioned, if you have any other plugins (or snippets) that are modifying the default cart/checkout behaviour they could be causing the Conversions API issue.

Could you try disabling them and then re-testing the site?

    Kind regards,
