• Hi guys.

I’m posting on behalf of my clients marketing agency who installed your plugin on the site I developed, so excuse me if I don’t provide all the information as it’s the first time I’ve used the plugin.

They have asked me to look into why the conversions aren’t being tracked – I turned on debug and can see the AddToCart event is correctly triggered with the correct values and currency.= etc.

I’ve tracked this all the way through to the thanks page and need to know if I should see any events added here to log the conversion.

We’re using a plugin to have different thanks pages (WooCommerce Custom Thank You Pages) – would this possibly cause an issue logging the conversions?

Am wondering if I need to set up a conversion / event for each of the three thank you pages we have set up, have looked at the options and not 100% sure what settings I need to put in to track the purchase.

    Hoping someone can help.
    Thanks!!

Think I’m making progress on this, I’ve set up a conversion to track the different thanks pages, but I’m unsure what to put into the value field to get the order total – as it’s dynamic (no fixed value) I’m a little stumped on what I enter to pass the order value to Facebook.

    Hope you can help.

    Hi,

sorry for the delay with my response. About your issue, I didn’t try the plugin you mentioned, but anyway Pixel Caffeine should queue Purchase events and fire it in the first page loaded immediately after purchase.

Also, please make sure that the Pixel ID you are using in Pixel Caffeine is the same as the one for you are checking the data.

Finally, if you see the events fired correctly into the Pixel Helper, they should be sent to Pixel data as well.
