Conversions stopped tracking

I tried to check the website, but currently our plugin is not active. So we can’t really help.

One possible source is that you are using a cookie banner and our plugin is respecting the users consent. (some cookie banners disable tracking by default).

Or, I see that you are probably using some JavaScript optimizer. Those can also break the code of our plugin. But there are usually ways around it.

Let us know once you enabled our plugin again and then we can have a look.

Ok, I had a quick look.

Our plugin throws a script error in the console:

wpm is not defined. That means you are deferring the script which you shouldn't. wpm must be loaded before the inline scripts run.

That means you are using some kind of “JavaScript” optimizer that is breaking our scripts.

Either you disable that function or you find a way to exclude our scripts from being “optimized”. I can’t see which optimizer you’re using. Try to exclude the string “wpm” and delete the cache. Or, as I said, disable that optimizer.

Which one are you using anyway?

I found out that you are using SG Optimizer. I’ve added a workaround that I’ll publish with the next version of the plugin. Until then you have to make sure to exclude the wpm scripts from optimization (combination, deferring, etc.)

Don’t forget to purge the cache once done.

Hi! Sorry about the late reply. Yes I’m using SG Optimizer, and I added an exception in the “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS” For the WPM plugin and it works now!
