Convert categories into subdomains

I’m trying to convert each category on my site into a subdomain (for the sake of SEO). my website is https://www.healthizwealth.com

I have tried using the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-subdomains-revisited/

This plugin converts the categories into subdomain perfectly but the problem with this plugin is that it does not display the posts from that specific category.

example: Using this plugin, I converted https://www.healthizwealth.com/fitness to https://www.fitness.healthizwealth.com. But when I open this subdomain, it shows the homepage, not the posts from that category.

Is there any idea how I can convert my categories into subdomains?

I am planning to create a different page for each category and then convert those pages into subdomains. Would that be okay?
