It is possible to do this, but then you will not be able to optimize images from the /plugins, /themes and /cache directories. Is this right for you, @luchacreativa?

@luchacreativa, please add the following code to the functions.php file in your theme directory:

add_filter( 'webpc_dir_name', function( $path, $directory ) {
	switch ( $directory ) {
		case 'uploads':
			return 'files';
		case 'webp':
			return 'files-webpc';
	}
	return $path;
}, 10, 2 );

Please let me know if everything works as it should after adding this code.
