When we set this site up, there were different locations. That is no longer the case and the company now has only one location and would like to convert this multisite into just a single site containing the Bay City Location. Is this possible and if so, how do I do this? Thank you in advance for the help.

I was hoping to convert the existing site into a single site, but I think this may be the only way. Thank you.

It’s going to be far better to do it as described in the tutorial link above, since that will make sure that all of the database tables related to subsites are removed from the database, and you get a clean start as a single site on the backend, while bringing along all the content.

    Hi there,

I have a problem with deleting a website in multisite installation (mainsite.com and oldsite.com). I deleted the second site (oldsite.com) through the wordpress multisite options and I uploaded a newsite in a deferent folder. my is issue is when I type newsite.com/wp-admin it sends me to mainsite.com/wp-admin

    how to fix it?

tchelo12, per forum guidelines, please create your own post.

That said, please go back to the how to move a site tutorial above for how to separate newsite.com.
