Convert to blockquote and em tags

    Hi all,

    I am looking for a plugin that can converted quotation marks surrounding a block of text into blockquote tags. I am also searching for a plugin that can convert words that are entirely uppercase to lowercase and surround them with em tags.

    Any ideas?
