Convert to Release version of WP

    Hi, this is giving me a headache:

    Working on my brothers site and it says:
    “You are using a development version (3.2.1). Cool! Please stay updated”

    It is a live site and do not want beta updates being suggested.

    I have replaced all the files but it still shows the same message which suggests that the database needs to be changed to reflect the current release.

    Can anyone tell me what needs updating?
