Converting Bootstrap template to WordPress theme with blog

Hey, guys,

I’m using a Bootstrap template for a website that I’d like to add a blog to. I’ve previously chopped it up into separate PHP files and I’m familiar with the structure of WordPress themes, but I’m wondering what the level of effort is to manually convert a template, and then add a blog once in WordPress.

It’s just a one-page template, and I can go as far as converting it to look the same in WordPress, but I’m unsure how difficult it’d be to add the blog functionality. Is it just a matter of creating a separate page template to use for posts, presumably, with new styles?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
