Converting Espa?ol to Espa?ol

I am working a site that has english, spanish, hebrew, soon turkish, arabic, etc… So far though I have it in English, Spanish and Hebrew, but for me to have those two extra languages I noticed that they will be converted into ????? if I do not enter every unicode propety. For example ábre la puerta is abre la puerta.

I have about 1000 pages to add, I can do that to every one of them so that accents. I know in Joomla it gets converted, what can I do to just paste to the editor, press save, and be done?

Please help me, this is a non-for profit org.
