Converting from Total Donations to GiveWP with HelpMe Theme

GiveWP is included in my HelpMe Charity Fundraising theme (By DesignsVilla) package and linked with a CAUSES functionality.

I can’t seem to get it render properly on the pages.

The Donate button does work on each cause; the page goes back to the home page of the site:

For the post:

The already included code for the donate button doesn’t work – it refreshes to the homepage.

I tried adding the form shortcode to the formatting to the post – but now is doubled.
