I have a PowerPoint slide I want to display as an image on my site. When I cut & paste it into Word as an Enhanced Metafile, it displays fine in a doc. But no matter what I “Save As” from PPT (JPG, PNG, bitmap, Windows Metafile, etc.), when I open it in PhotoShop (for final tweaking), some parts of it pixelize and it doesn’t look good.

Does anybody know how I can get this puppy to display properly as an image?

  • this is not the forum for your question.

    Heard of Google?

Well it’s a problem other WP users may have encountered (hence “troubleshooting”). I did do a Google search first, as always. I didn’t find anything addressing this problem.

This has nothing to do with wordpress.

Youre asking how to manipulate a file.

Go to forums that support powerpoint, or MS, or photoshop, or whatever-else.

This has NADA to do with wordpress.

Thats like me asking how to reformat my laptop so I can put another browser on it so I can see how my site looks in that browser.

Youre in the wrong place. That you didnt find information elsewhere doesnt mean this is the right place for it either.

Lastly, just because another wordpress user might have the ‘same problem’ doesnt make this the place to be either.

I have trouble getting up in the morning.. Im guessing lots of other wordpress users do as well.

Shall I ask where to buy an alarm clock on here?

(i think you get my point)

Never mind; I posted my q on the Thesis forum and a mod suggested doing a screen capture and pasting into PS, which worked. They’re a little less moronically militant and a little more helpful over there.

Whooami, There is no need to be childish and sarcastic. The FIRST comment you made was THE point. The comment locutor made is indeed a question related to WordPress, though it may not be directly.

It is like saying How to add an image in Worpress. Are you saying this question does NOT have anything to do with using WordPress? It is a valid question and does not merit remarks such as what you have provided.

I too will look elsewhere for answers to questions I may have pertaining to the use of WordPress.
