Converting Quntities on Front End

So here is my current scenario. I work with a customer that has raw products that he uploads in lbs. He wants to have the customer choose their box size (i.e. 5 lb or 10 lb). Then the customer can order how many boxes they want and the system will automatically deduct the appropriate amount of weight from the inventory.
An example, a person wants 5 lbs of chocolate. So the inventory for chocolate would show 20 lbs in stock. The customer selects the box size ( 5 lb box) and then inputs the quantity ( 1 – 5 lb box).
The system then would update the inventory to show 15 lbs left in stock. The reason he does it this way is so he doesn’t have to predict the boxes and have remainder.
Right now I have the customers ordering in lbs; however, they tend to get very confused. Is there a way to make WooCommerce do this or is there a plugin that someone knows that would do this?
