    Hello,

I’ve been getting a lot of unconfirmed subscribers on Convertkit. I enabled protect external forms in CleanTalk. I continued to get them. I tried with the Capture Buffer enabled and noticed the subscribe button stopped working. I disabled Capture Buffer and it still didn’t work until I disabled Protect External Forms.

Is there a solution to protect Convertkit forms?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hello,

Did you try to enable ‘Check all POST data’ option here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Thanks,

I didn’t. I can try that, but I see it says: ‘СAUTION! Option can catch POST requests in WordPress backend’. What are the possible side effects of this?

    Hello.
We’ve made an intagration with Convertkit webforms a while ago. The protection should work without ‘Check all POST data’ option enabled.
Please contact us via our ticket system and provide us with a few examples of subscribers’ emails you mentioned and the URL of the webform.
