Converts the shopping cart into a quote

Hi! I am searching for a woocommerce quote plugin that converts the normal shopping cart into a quote. So I do not want to have additional “Request a quote” buttons on the product page. Instead I want to have a single “Request a quote” button next to the checkout button. Does your plugin provide this functionality? If not, could you add it? Cheers, Matt
