cookie acceptance logic

Hi,
I would like to configure the plugin in a way to enable website owners to get more acceptance on non-functional cookies. So I would have a button in the cookie bar “Accept All” that a user is able to accept directly all functional and non-functional cookies at once. On the other hand, when the user open the cookie-policy settings, the non-functional cookies must be deactivated by default and be able to store this settings in that way.

In my opinion, this logic should be compliant with GDPR, but did not found a way to implement this.
