Cookie and Consent banner on block themes

We don’t have a feature for that. But we may suggest an alternative block that could be available in Jetpack.

Could you please let us know what block you are looking for or what function you want to add to your site?

Sorry for the confusion. There isn’t currently a plan to move this to a block. However, we’d encourage you to make a feature request for this on GitHub:

Doing so will get the idea in front of our developers and may result it in being taken up in the future.
