Cookie banner always pop up

Hey !
I had set up banner to pop up once in 7 days but it pops up on every page always.
I’m using wp super cache, so i though maybe thats the issue , so i deleted it, but with no luck, banner still pops up on every page.
What may cause this ?Best Regards!
