    Hello dear Complianz team,
I just wanted to know if it’s a default setting that the cookie banner and “manage consent” tab disappear from my site, but only if I’m logged in with an admin account.
I tried with a regular member account and they still show up whether I’m logged in or out (and in and out).
I tried clearing the cache, CSS posted here (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/manage-consent-button/) with updated element, but as soon as I log into the admin account, this banner and that tab are not showing (and the problem is that I must have clicked Deny, and now I can’t see ads and iframe etc). When I empty the search engine cookies, it reappears but only for one page, as soon as I navigate the banner and the tab disappear (and the pubs and iframe too, even if I clicked Accept just before).
Thank you in advance for any lead to dig.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sophiaknows, it’s not a default setting.

To summarize, only when logged-in as an admin. And is a reload enough for it to disappear, or do you have to interact with the banner?

Currently I don’t have an idea, could create a video and/or list your plugins and theme so I can start somewhere?

    regards Aert

I’m attaching a video of the process starting offline, we have the banner, then once connected and redirected to the back office, it disappears but I assume it’s normal, and once back in the front-end, it still does not appear, then, once disconnected, it appears.
Tried multiple browsers, private, etc. As mentioned, it prevents me from seeing advertisements, iframes, photos, but also from posting statuses (there is a social network part in this site).

    Thank you for your time!

@sophiaknows There is no logic that conditionally prevents the banner from showing up when logged in. Maybe there’s a javascript conflict breaking things.

If you look in the developer console (right click on screen, then “inspect element”, “console”). Do you see any javascript errors? And what logs do you see?

Normally you would see the ‘opt-in’ message from the banner.

    Hello @rogierlankhorst

What you say made me think of another problem I had with the Google Site Kit: I automatically had JS “opt-out” on some pages, with the effect that Analytics was not displaying the pages of my network part. Digging into that, I found the “Exclude from Analytics” option for all logged in users by default. I changed it and now the banner (and ads, photos, etc.) is ok too.

I don’t know why it’s linked, and why only for the admin account, but that’s how it is :/

Therefore, we can say that it is solved.
