Cookie banner not showing

It seems that the cookie banner and cookie blocker are not yet activated. Could you check the following:
– Did you complete the entire wizard & pressed the Finish button in the last section? Your Complianz Dashboard should confirm this
– Are there any tasks left on your Complianz dashboard? Did you reach 100%?
– Did the Cookie scan find any non-functional cookies? For example I see Google Analytics on your site (which requires consent in the UK). Did you enter your UA code in Complianz?

If you completed all the above, the banner should appear and work.

I’m not sure which cookies are non-functional from the list.
I also didn’t enter my UA code as I wasn’t prompted to. I’m using Google Tag manager to fire the script. don’t know whether this has an impact.

I should add that i’m using Thrive Themes to design my pages. Perhaps this page builder is conflicting in some way?

Great to hear the banner is showing, I guess a glitch in the matrix :-).

Regarding Google Tag Manager, did you indicate the use of Tag Manager in the wizard? This will cause Complianz to ask you for the GTM code. You can then use the Complianz events to fire scripts based on consent level. Please refer to our tutorial on this subject as well: https://complianz.io/configuring-categories-for-tag-manager/
