    Hello,

This website used to work with this plugin before, but it stopped suddenly.

I followed the steps into the fixed message with no success.

The banner is loading with display none by default, even if I change this, the buttons doesn’t work, and also, the settings into the plugin menu doesn’t seem to affect anything.

Tried many changes locally, like deleting the plugin + clearing cache, but none of them worked.

In the meantime I’m running another plugin that doesn’t block the cookies, it’s just a consent pop up.

    Hope someone can help!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @24lucas,

Please check if you have the wp_footer() and wp_head() functions called in the WordPress site theme’s template files. Also, try disabling any other plugin that would affect the plugin JS from loading.

    Hi @webtoffee ,

I am trying the changes locally, and I have disabled every other plugin except this one.

The wp_footer() and wp_head() were being called inside the header and the footer components, I have now moved them to the page template, and it didn’t have any effect.

This is how I am calling them right now inside my page.php template.

    Hi @24lucas,

Could you please try switching the site theme to any of the default WordPress themes and see how it goes? Any theme-related conflict can be identified by doing so.
