Cookie Banner *Still* not visible

    Hi, I tried everything described on other posts about this subject. The code is properly added, the CookieYes Web App says the code is properly added, and still the cookie banner does not show up.

    I tried multiple browsers, desktop and mobile, multiple incognito tabs, disabling other plugins…

    The issue is related to multiple CookieYes scripts added to your website. Please check the working after removing the manually added CookieYes script from your site.

    Hi Team, thanks for your answer. I realized I had manually added a script but apparently the plugin already adds a script on top of the <head> section. So I deleted the one I added. Now I can see the banner. Thanks a lot.

    Just for the future, can you please clarify how the script works? Does the plugin itself automatically add the necessary script at the top of the <head>? I was under the impression that I had to add it manually?

    Hi @rubns,

    CookieYes script will get automatically added to your website’s HEAD when you connect the plugin to CookieYes.

    Now it all makes sense, thank you. I got a message on the CookieYes web app that I should add the code to my website manually, and that is why I did it. Thanks for your help.
