Cookie Banner won’t save choose options template

    Hey guys,

    I just installed your great plugin but I can not save the appearance options if I want to show the cookie banner with CHOOSE option, I tried all but no way.

    When I change in the Appearance section the Template Choose options and save, it will stay the same.

    Any Idea?

    Hi @elseowp,

    Switching between opt-in/opt-out in the Appearance section will not change the type of banner shown on your website. The plugin detects the banner type to use (either opt-in/opt-out) based on the targeting region you have configured in the Wizard > General > Visitors.

    For example, the opt-out banner is shown when the United States is selected. When selecting the European Union (GDPR), the opt-in banner will be shown.

    Hy Jarnovos,

    no your suggestion didn’t help but I found it out by myselfe:

    I had to choose in Configuration of the Banner the option “Accept all + Categories”, then it shows the options I wanted.
