Cookie Bar / GDPR Notice Covers Ads

Hello,

I want to have the Cookie Bar enabled, and I want it at the bottom of the screen, but it covers my ads or is too close to my ads, especially on mobile, which is a policy violation.

Can someone tell me how to add an offset to push the notice up enough so it’s not behind/overlapping my ads?
