Cookie bar is currently active but doesn’t appear on my website

    Hello,

    The plugin dosn’t work.
    I’ve the message “Cookie bar is currently active” but the bar doesn’t appear on my website.
    I’ve deactivate all plugins and have the same problem.
    Can you, please, help?

    Hi @magod,

    We checked the site and we can see the cookie banner without any issues. If you have once accepted the cookies, the banner will not be shown again to your browser session unless you clear site cookies from the browser. Try viewing the site in a different browser or private/incognito window.
