Cookie bar not closing after acceptance

    Hi @ericmadelaine,

    The option you are looking for has been moved to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise cookie bar > Revisit consent. Please check accordingly.

    I am having the same problem. If I click on the accept button which I have at the bottom of the screen it does not close when using the Chrome browser but it works OK with the Firefox browser.

    Fixed!

    For some reason if the Tido chat icon was on the right side the Cookie Bar accept button would not work. I moved the Tido icon to the other side and all seems OK now.

    I have almost the same problem. After Accept the cookies the bar still there but is blank and the buttons are without title, just an empty buttons.

    I checked in many devices (phones, computer, laptop) and many browsers. My site would be ready to start.

    Hi @monrose,

    We checked the site and we could see that you are using the GDPR cookie consent plugin and also have added the script from Cookieyes.com. As you are using the plugin, please remove the cookieyes script from the site.
