Cookie bar not showing

I have the latest version of the plugin. So far, I have been using it with the Show again Tab and it has been displaying without problems. However, I decided to turn off the Show again Tab and only display the cookie bar once. For some reason, the bar is now not showing.

As I found out, the cookie bar is actually present on the page (it can be seen in the source code) but it has display: none; css attribute so it can’t be seen rendered. I double checked all the settings but the cookie bar is turned on and all the auto hide options are turned off so no idea why it’s doing this.
