Thank you for enabling the cookie banner. Our team thoroughly investigated the issue and suspects it may be due to a configuration problem on your site. Upon analyzing the issue, we found that something on your website is preventing the QSM plugin’s JavaScript from loading, causing the button to disappear from your form.

We tested a similar scenario using a cookie plugin like yours. After excluding the QSM script from the scan, we observed that everything worked properly. I recommend trying to add the QSM script to the “ignore scripts from queue” section in your cookie plugin settings. Below is the script for your reference:

Let me know if this works. Also, if it does not work for you, I would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of your cookie plugin’s settings page so that we can replicate your setup and recommend a solution.

Thanks for the directions, but I am already excluding the whole plugin folder from cookiebot.

Before I excluded the path from the plugin, the whole form was not showing, now only the area related to the “submit” button is not showing.

How can I do this?

We had to disable the cookie banner again because customers have to use the form, so it works now.
I know the plugin doesn’t work because cookiebot blocks a javascript that probably doesn’t fit in the plugin folder.
Do you know if the plugin uses javascript from wordpress core?

I wanted to share an update with you regarding our findings. We use some WordPress core JS in our QSM.

We tested the setup after installing all the plugins you provided, and I’m happy to inform you that there were no conflicts between QSM and the CookieBot plugin—the quizzes worked smoothly.

However, we did notice that one plugin on the list, PnlDEV, is not listed in WordPress. This plugin might be causing conflicts. Could you please try deactivating this plugin to see if it resolves the issue?
