    The the cookie consent advisory can become buried beneath another plugin’s div.

    Today I observed, rather coincidentally, that cookie consent’s advisory was layered beneath the add-this plugin on a mobile device. I do not know if this would occur with other plugins but it is plausible. I also think that perhaps the reason it did not appear above the add-this bar is that add-this has a delay before it is drawn on the screen. Nevertheless, the desired functionality is that cookie consent appear above everything else. Definitely a low-priority bug, but one that probably has a simple fix.
