    Hi,

I recently activated and configured your cookie consent plugin but it has been displaying incorrectly. On the back-end preview, the ‘customize’, ‘accept all’ and ‘reject all’ buttons are on the same line and of equal size. This is not the case on the front-end.

I’ve tried viewing it on different browsers, in normal and private mode, but the issue is the same.

I also had W3 total cache installed. I unchecked all options, deactivated and deleted it to see if that would resolve the issue, but it didn’t.

I’d appreciate any help with this.

    Hi @holder007,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

Based on our investigation, it appears that the issue on your site is not originating from our plugin. The issue is due to a CSS conflict where one of your site’s CSS elements is overriding the banner CSS element of CookieYes. Please refer to the screenshot below to identify the CSS in question:

Thank you for providing me with this information. I reached out to Elementor support and they confirmed that their button padding settings were overriding the plugins button CSS. I was able to change the look through Elementor. Their support may also look into compatibility.
