Cookie Control not working in IE8

Just something I found whilst using the plugin.
The plugin wouldn’t work in IE8.I managed to resolve this by downloading cookieControl-5.1.min.js from https://www.civicuk.com/cookie-law/deployment
Then changing the cookiecontrol.php to point at this instead of 4.1. I hope this helps anyone who is having the same problem.
