Cookie descriptions not verified

    Hey,

    I’ve read several posts about this topic – such as https://siriusmast.com/cookie-policy-eu/ – but after the cookie scan, 22 cookies, the connection with the database only show red crosses. Also, the frontend shows there are no cookies. Checked this incognito.

    Any hints?

    Hi @bapakrob,

    It seems that the Sync with CookieDatabase wasn’t able to complete at the time when you completed the Complianz Wizard; and the cookie information couldn’t be obtained as a result.

    Could you navigate to Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie Descriptions, and click the Sync button on this page once more?

    Let the process complete, and (most of) the currently uncategorized cookies/services should then appear with their correct information.

    Hi Jarno, Thanks! I followed these steps yesterday, to no succes. This time it worked. Probably over heated ??
