Cookie found but FF not installed

    Hi, In the past I’ve used your plugin Flow-Flow but not anymore, yet cookies are found by Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent. I’ve remove all Flow-Flow tables from the database but still the next cookies are found:
    ff_news_session
    ff_notice_dismissed
    ff_first_time
    ff_news

    Those are Flow Flow cookies aren’t they?
    If so, how do I remove them?

  • Hi @hauzz,

    This is Aert from Complianz, you can clear cache as the cookies are most likely still in your browser, or delete them manually in the wizar under Used Cookies. Eventually, the cookies are deleted by the scan if they are not found anymore, due to changing configurations (disabling a plugin for debugging for example) this is not done automatically.
