Cookie from exit intent popup is blocking other click to open popups

I just purchased the Pro version and really like how I can set-up as many click-to-open popups as I need.
My problem is that my one exit-intent popup seems to block all the rest of my many click-to-open popups. For the exit-intent popup, I checked the “Show only one time based on cookie” with a “Show again after 21600 minutes” setting so the exit-intent pop-up would display again 15 days later.
The exit-intent cookie for one popup seems to be blocking all the click-to-open pop-ups.
Any suggestions on what I should do to fix with my settings?
