Cookie Integration Not Working

I just downloaded this plugin and it looks like the cookie integration does not work at all.
Under Popup Expiry Time, I put “30” days, yet when I refresh the homepage of my site the popup appears again. Bug maybe?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-modal-popup-with-cookie-integration/
