Cookie Law banner not closing

Hi there,

I’ve got a problem with the Cookie Law banner, it won’t disappear from where I’ve got it setup in the footer when I click ‘Accept’. It’s also not in the colour I’ve set for it, keeps coming up in the default black. I’ve tested it out on different browsers, but I keep getting the same problem all the time.
