    What are the names of the cookies that Yop-Poll uses?
    For legal reasons I have to list the cookies used and their purpose.

    I found 2 cookies with the names “ypguide” and “ypdt”. Do they come from Yop-Poll?

    Yes, both the cookies you mentioned come from YOP Poll.

    But only ypdt is being is on the front end.

    ypguide is being used in admin area and has nothing to do with your website visitors.
