I placed a stripe button to stripe checkout and that button isn’t working. Once pressed it shows an error message saying “Cookie nonce is invalid”…

I cleaned cache and disabled/enabled LS and it started working again – not sure for how long so I’ll keep an eye on it.

Then I looked for documentation and started to understand that docs is a work in progress… Is there a place where I can download v2.9.x version?

Anyways, I ended excluding that specific page form being cached (I hope, “mark this page as non cache isn’t working”; I ended going to exlusions setting and adding the “URL Do Not Cache URIs”. I hope it worked. I would feel much more confortable having the good old version installed (v2.9.x version). Anyone?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

You can download previous version in this page

If any other plugin that uses nonce , and if page is cached and nonce expired or being re-used, it would give out nonce error.

Please try enable ESI , see how it goes.

Or try perform a full-text search on your stripe checkout plugin directory , find out the nonce name it uses , then add it/them into ESI nonce list.

    Best regards,

Hi @qtwrk. Thank you for your answer.

Since I added the page that links to stripe to the “Do Not Cache URIs” field, error is gone. I was and still am using WP Simple Pay Lite (from Sandhills Development, LLC) to insert a shortcode into that page (insert a button that sends customers to stripe checkout with predefined information).

Anyways, besides letting you know about this (maybe this a compatible plugins and themes issue to list, not sure), I also wanted to thank you for your info reg plugin older versions.

    Thank you once again.
