Cookie Notice Bar Setting Changes Not Being Applied

    Tried sending this from plugin help but didn’t redirect to your website.

    Settings changes to cookie bar are not being applied. Bar was set for bottom of page, changed to Top, saved setting but no change. Also changed a text color and it didn’t change either. Several CTRL+F5 refreshes, in different browsers, still shows no changes. Tried private/incognito pages and got same.

    Please advise.
