Cookie Notice Not Appearing on Mobile/Tablet

Hi

I’ve just installed and setup the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA plugin.

The notice is appearing on desktop fine, however doesn’t appear at all on mobile or tablet and I can’t figure out why.

I’m sure it did the other day for me although didn’t for my client, but now it’s no longer there for me either. Tried on two mobiles and one tablet and there’s nothing. Tried using incognito mode as I saw some advice saying to give that a go, nothing. Tried unactivating and reactivating the plugin, nothing. Tried clearning the cache, nothing.

Running out of ideas!
