Hi, on my website it says…

This Cookie Policy was synchronized with cookiedatabase.org on 25 March 2022

But it was last updated in the backend yesterday (9 November).

How do I get it to show the correct date? Is there a way to force it to synchronise?

For instance, the complianz.io website says… This Cookie Policy was synchronised with cookiedatabase.org on October 21, 2022

@therandomagency did you perhaps use the option to “stop synchronisation with Complianz and edit the document”?

In that case the entire document will get converted to html, and you will have to update the document manually.

You can remove the date, or set it to sync again, and add the customisations in the wizard, under the plugins section, which will get added as annex. You can find this in:
    Complianz/Wizard/Consent/plugins.

    Hi Rogier,

The document is in sync as far as im aware

The content seems to be auto-generated as when I edit the page all I see is the shortcode and no actual text

    Thanks

    Hi @therandomagency,

Is the date on top of the cookie policy on another date? The sync from cd.org doesn’t have to be the same as the update of the page itself.

If the cookies and/services are definitely changed. Could you rerun a cookiedatabase.org sync and update the pages under documents? Clear cache, and see if this worked. If not, please send or post your URL, and we will have a look if we can find something in the plugin.

    regards Aert
