Cookie policy text invisible in Chrome

    Hi, I installed the plugin and it works fine in Firefox and Edge, but in Chrome the Cookie Policy text is not displayed for some reason. I can see the text in the HTML source code of the page, but not on the actual page. The URL is https://starkmuth.de/cookie-richtlinie-eu/ Can anyone help?

    Hi @laserjones,

    I had just had a look with Chrome, and don’t have any issues.

    Is is still happening in your browser?

    Hi Aert,
    thanks for the quick reply. The problem persists, tested on two different desktop PCs with Chrome in Windows 10. In Chrome on Android, the problem does not occur. Really strange.

    I don’t know what it could be, are there any extensions that might have this effect?

    If you’re able, could you check if the text is available on the page and if you can find anything in the browser console?

    Hi,

    Great idea! The reason was the Chrome extension “I don’t care about cookies”, which I use to automatically accept cookies on websites. After disabling it for this website, the text shows up. No idea why it became invisible though.
