Cookie popup entering “dismissed” anyway

  • I have the same problem as discribed here:

    However, after installing plugin “Scripts to footer”, there is no change. I checked option that jquery still loads in header, and no exceptions for loading scripts in footer.

    When clicked, the accept button sets cookieconsent_status value to “allow”, and then after a second changes to “dismiss”.
    Same case with “deny”-button, which sets the cookie value to “deny”, and then changes it to “dismiss”. No consent is registered on user in the admin.

    Is this correct?

    There are 2 parts to your request so I’ll answer them each separately.
    Can you send a link so I can test and see what might be causing the buttons to not work?
    The cookieconsent_status cookie doesn’t record a users selection that cookie is used to control displaying the popup or not. The user selections are recorded in your gdpr database table.
