    Hi @florianvb,

Is it the first time that you use the scanner or have you used it before?

    Hi,

The scan says it has been used before.

    Hi @florianvb,

Go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Advanced tab > click on ‘Delete cookieyes data’ button. This will reset the scanner and you can then try to restart the scanner.

    Hi,

I don’t see this button. I only see “Verwijder instellingen en reset”. “Delete settings and reset”. Is this the button you’re talking about? I don’t want to delete all of the settings by accident. See attached screenshot: https://imgur.com/50zFpvQ

    Let me know!

    Hi @florianvb,

We can try and reset the scanner and see if that sorts out the issue.

Please add the code snippet here to your active theme’s functions.php

Once added, please visit the site with a URL similar to below and then open the scanner, try scanning.

    Hi,

I’ve added the script to functions.php and loaded it by visiting the link, but sadly it didn’t work.
