    Dear CookieYes,
first congratulation on the amazing plugin!

I did start the cookie scanner 3 days ago, the scan initiated well but still, it doesn’t show the scan started at:? neither the total URLs:?
The total estimated time is always 00:10:58. Means 10hours?
In this case, today are already more than 62h and still, nothing changes.

Is there a way that I can see if is really scanning or not?

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hi There,
Just to let you know that I did install the plugin CookieYes on another website https://shrimatajifoundation.org, unfortunately, it shows the same problem, the cookie scanner doesn’t work, the cookie list doesn’t show any changes.

Still, I received your email: We have completed the cookie scan of https://shrimatajifoundation.org. Please check the plugin dashboard to get the full report.

    Regards
    Agos

    Hi @agosji22,

Sorry for the delay. We have debugged the issue. The reason for the issue was that the table prefix on the website contained mixed uppercase and lowercase characters which caused a table mismatch issue. We have done the adequate modification to the plugin on your website and it resolved the issue.

    Hi,
thank you for your kind support. The cookie list now shows many cookies ??

Unfortunately, the popup from cookie settings does not show the cookies in the correct categories. The “Necessary” is empty instead, there should be some cookies mostly from the Cookie law info. In fact from the backend panel > cookie categories there are some cookie.

    Would you please help?

    Thank you
    Regards
