Cookie Security Still Won’t Set – Continued

    So in reference to the previous conversation about Cookie Security and my comments there, here’s what more I can offer:

    When adding the instructions for Cookie Policy, they are not written to the .htaccess file

    When I go to the Inspect Headers report, it accurately shows all of the headers that are set (except the cookies policy) and it accurately shows which headers are not (and does not list the cookie policy as one of those not set). So it’s not showing up in the report either.

    OK I found .user.ini file with the Cookie Instructions but they are not running ?? any idea how i get that to run?
