Cookie set with value ‘false||false’

Hi! I got the Product Recommendation Quiz for WooCommerce plugin recently and I noticed a ‘data-timeout’ cookie set and with the value ‘false||false’. This cookie related to this plugin because when I disable the plugin the cookie is not set anymore.
Since it matches one of our rules for SQL_INJECTION, it leads to a blocked request (status = 403). I would like to know why is this cookie important for the plugin and if this is the expected behavior. Is it possible to disable it?

The data-timeout cookie is not essential to the operation of the quiz, it is used only if you want to show the quiz using the auto-popup:
