Cookie Spam and Caching issues

Hey,

first the Plugin seems very well done but i have a bit issues with it.
After i installed and configured it it will cause a cookie spam in the header.

The structure of my site is this
1. https://site.mainsite.de/ (Mainsite)
2. https://site.mainsite.de/en/ (WordPress)

So the mainsite is integrating the Wodpress sitebar. As Result of this Total cache seems to change the caching on the mainsite. How can i stop this? I mean is there a way to not have a effect on sites that integrate the sidebar of wordpress?

Also it is spamming with cookies on the Mainsite.
